How did my clients see a 10% return on their monthly revenue?
Amazon is a massive marketplace, and Amazon owes 99% of Sellers like you money.
But guess what? It’s hard to find all the lost products, ship to and ship from in the FBA of Amazon’s data banks. Amazon has over 305 major shipping facilities.
But here's something that often slips through the cracks for most Sellers: Amazon reimbursements.
You may have heard of Amazon FBA Reimbursement before and listened to the horror stories about the high fees reimbursement companies have for a single 30-day search.
I’ve used several and have not been very pleased with their results or the cost to recover lost goods.
As I navigate my clients in this intricate maze, understanding every corner and turn – especially those related to their inventory – becomes a matter of thousands of dollars in lost goods.
Even the most seasoned FBA sellers sometimes overlook this crucial aspect, yet it's key to optimizing your brand's profitability.
In this article, I will review the 3 steps my clients take to get their Amazon reimbursements.
Dead On Display is one of my favorite clients. Their product is easy to use and solves problems for their customers.
They are an American-made European Skull Hanger company.
They make wall mounts for taxidermied European skulls. It's an incredible product if you have a hunter in your life or like the aesthetic of a beautiful white animal skull hanging in your home or on your barn.
So last week, I called Cami at Dead On Display and talked to her about My Retail World’s new partnership with Carbon 6, an Amazon backend software company.
I told Cami about a new tool we use here at My Retail World to perform complementary audits of our client's accounts to see if any lost, misplaced, or misallocated goods are entitled to reinstatements from Amazon.
I wasn’t sure if we would find anything, but guess what?
We did!
We found $1,332.00 that can be filed for reimbursement. That’s 10% of this month's revenue for Dead On Display.
That’s huge!
So, what service are all my clients getting for Christmas?
The My Retail World Amazon Reimbursements Plan
Collaborating with our partner Carbon 6, My Retail World is revolutionizing how sellers manage their inventory challenges, turning hurdles into stepping stones for success.
This is stupidly easy for my clients, and because I’m in the holiday spirit and know money is tight everywhere, I am offering this service for FREE to the next 5 Amazon Sellers or Brands who contact me.
Why would I do this?
Because I am crazy?
No, but I hate that Amazon has all this money, and we little guys can’t or don’t have time to find out how or where our lost products are going.
So I’m fighting back.
Here are the steps to see how much Amazon owes you. Remember, Amazon owes money to 99% of all Amazon Sellers.
ConnectMy Retail World and My Partner Carbon 6 to Your Amazon Seller Central Account. We run our audit, and in 48 hours, I will return to you with the findings. You are under no obligation to make any payments to me or my partner for the audit.
Step 3:
You and I review and decide whether the return is significant.
If it is, you’ll put in some information on my partner's website, and poof, you now have a backend software system finding and cleaning up all the lost inventory for you every month with no monthly subscription fee.
The service is billed at 25% of the total itemized return every two weeks from Carbon 6.
However, with My Retail World’s partnership, we get a deal of 20%, which is killer.
So, in the case of Dead On Display, if all $1,332.00 is recovered and reimbursed to Dead On Display, they will be billed for $266.40 for a net gain of $1065.60.
That’s huge!
Without this plan, all $1,332.0 would be lost in Amazon’s miscalculations, and Dead On Display would be none the wiser.
What are you waiting for?
Amazon only lets us look back 30 days, so every day not enrolled is potentially money lost.
